February 27, 2013 of Cheektowaga, NY Cherished wife of the late Ewald E. Gillmeister. Dear mother of Paul, Elizabeth and George (Nancy) Gillmeister. Beloved grandmother of Lidja, DVM, Jennifer, Jill and great-grandmother of Mya. Sister of Lydia (late Helmut) Borges of Essen, Germany and predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will follow at 10:30 a.m. and from Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment United German and French Cemetery.
