January 25, 2023 age 91 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Jeannette C. (nee Kuczmanski) Runo; dearest father of Jacquelyn T. (Robert) Baumann and Jocelyn M. (Kurt) Schwenk; dear grandfather of Alexis C. Schwenk and Adelyn J. Schwenk; son of the late Hattie (nee Lowinski) Runo. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday, Jan. 27th from 5-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:45 AM and from St. Josaphat Church at 11:30 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Mr. Runo was a Marine Veteran of the Korean War.
