Matusiak and Ellen M. Piniarski; cherished Papa of Jonathan Schlitt, Jessica (Nathan) Woodburn Schlitt, David (Kaitlin) Hunt, Alexander Hunt, Ashley Matusiak, Anthony Matusiak, Madasyn Matusiak, Sarah Poczciwinski, Molly Poczciwinski and Poppie of Conrad Poczciwinski and Avery Hunt; brother of Harry (late Margitta), Eugene (Dolores), Edward (Lucy) and the late Emily, Helen, Irene, Frank and Richard; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:30 AM and from St. John Gualbert Church at 10 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
