Alexander Roll, 84, of Depew, NY, passed away on November 12 2024, behind a legacy of love and cherished memories He was the beloved husband of the late Pamela McKnight, and though they shared a life together, he was never alone in his journey.
Al was a dear brother to his late siblings, Mildred, Edward, and Joanne, and his family was enriched by many nieces, nephews, and friends who held dear. To those who knew him, he was fondly known as “ Uncle Al,” a name that brought warmth and fondness to the hearts of many. His generous spirit and kind nature will be deeply missed.
In his life, Al found joy in community and camaraderie, proudly belonging to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Elks Lodge, and serving as an Honorary member of the Depew Rod & Gun Club. His zest for life and dedication to his friends and family was evident in all he did.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Cornerstone Church of East Pembroke. Al's memory will live on through the countless lives he touched, forever remembered for his kindness and the joy he brought to those around him.
