November 3, 2012 Unexpectedly, of West Seneca, NY Beloved son of Jeffrey J. (Patricia Monnin) and Katherine A. (Brian Miller) Czachorowski. Dearest brother of Amy Czachorowski. Dear grandson of Josephine (late Alfred) Lewandowski and the late Harry (late Florence) Czachorowski. Loving friend of Jennifer Kotowski. Also survived by an aunt, uncles, cousins and many friends. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 5-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:30 a.m.
